Not exactly what I expected

Fantastic location! just one block from Ocean Drive and budget-friendly! I truly appreciated the proximity to dining and the beach.

I also noticed the carpeting had stains that made you wonder if it was ever cleaned and that the minimal decor could really use a refresh. Accessibility is a bit of a hassle. I had to lug my luggage over three blocks because there’s no parking onsite, adding unnecessary effort to my arrival. It was also disheartening to see some broken light fixtures around the hotel and general maintenance left unattended.

Staying with my adult children was enjoyable, especially exploring South Beach's vibrant scene. We loved being close to the beach and local dining options, which made our days filled with sun and fun, creating nice family moments.

My kids wished there was better parking available.
